6.3 Refund Policy

  • Digital Products and Courses: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
  • Consultation Services: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for rescheduling or a 50% refund.
  • Membership Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
